Dogs
We do not accept aggressive dogs. Dogs must not have a history of having attacked other animals, people or children.
Bitches in season or due to be in season during the boarding period are not accepted. We also do not accept intact males or dogs under a year old.
Owner must provide a secure collar and lead. Identity tags will be provided for all visits, this is required under the 'East Suffolk Council Home Boarding License' conditions.
You must provide all food during the dogs' stay.
Fees
Boarding fees are charged nightly at £35 on a rolling twenty-four hour basis from the time of drop off. Bank holidays may incur additional fees which you will be advised at the time of booking.
Only once full payment is received will you get confirmation of the booking. We accept cash or BACS payment.
Change to return date
We carefully schedule our dates and times to provide a service for you and other clients, therefore there are no refunds or credits for early return or last minute changes to pet care.
All booking that are cancelled within three weeks of booking in date are non-refundable.
Forms
You are required to sign our 'Terms & Conditions' form and 'Registration' form.
Health
Dogs must be clean and free of ticks, flees, worms or any form of active contagious illnesses.
Valid vaccination cards and valid kennel cough treatment proof must be shown at the time of booking. In the event of your dog(s) requiring veterinary treatment whilst staying with us the owner will undertake to pay all resulting fees, including expenses incurred for each veterinary visit and treatment for any incident that may incur.
